“Shuttle service to the harbour and airport is excellent. Only had dealings with reception staff who were very friendly. Shuttle drivers also very friendly. Breakfast was OK too. No problems getting wifi signal. Great big room apart from its location. Hotel handy to walk to the city too.”
“I would like to highlight that the staff were amazingly friendly. I had an issue while I was out of the hotel, I have called the hotel and the Front office manager- Jayson Monti -was amazing. He went out of his role and helped me. left the hotel to assist!!! this is not a common thing to do!!! much more than anyone can expect!!!”
