We arrived at 1am, she was very friendly and accommodating, we were all grumpy, tired and sleepy, but she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and to give us the best price. We had just left another facility down the street because the personnel was rude. Felicia, who works the night shift should get a raise in pay and should be commended for her friendly spirit. She is the face of the Holiday Inn Express in Matthews, and sometimes that's all a company has to make a good first impression. We'll be back.”
