“I loved how central it was to everywhere 15mins to Bristol City Centre 30mins to Bath City Centre and 10mins to Cribbs causeway shopping mall... all the staff where very helpful and always went above and beyond to help. The cleaners need a huge thank you from us as the room was cleaned daily and always fresh sheets and towels also thank you to the receptionist who put my ice cream in the freezer :)”

“It was clean, reasonably priced, good facilities, excellent breakfast. Only down side was and it is a new problem, extending hotel, which leaves less parking space and there is an extortionate fine for parking in the nearby pub.”
“Generally a terrific hotel - does what it says on the tin. Easy parking, decent pub next door, rooms of good quality, staff very efficient, good value. Breakfast was a little haphazard in terms of products running out and not being replaced at speed, but this is a minor grumble really and doesn't take a away from the fact that it is a quality place to stay at a reasonable price and will satisfy the needs of all traveller types.”
