“Breakfast was awful. Room Thermostat was inconsistent. Room dusty. We checked in on a Saturday afternoon, and we immediately went to the pool/hot tub area. We stayed about 15 minutes, and then we went back to our room to change for dinner. When we came back, thete was a note on the front desk counter that said: POOL CLOSED DUE TO MAINTENANCE. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. Ok... the pool was drained, but the hot tub was still operable, nut our keys did not work. We had to ask the front desk clerk to let us in. She said she had to get permission from her management. She let us in, but with an attitude. We were never told that there was a scheduled maintenance for the pool. Sunday,the pool was still empty.When we checked out on Monday morning, there was electrical cords,chemicals and a pump directly in front of the elevator pathway. Ridiculous...”
