“Typical corporate hotel, box shaped, square rooms. No atmosphere. Rooms were clean and warm, with all basics. We stayed in room 354, which faced Potsdammer Platz (half a mile), BUT it also faced onto a construction site which commenced operations 6am every morning. So sleep after this time was impossible. Staff were fine, friendly, helpful. Continental breakfast was basic - 2 cheeses, 4 meats, bread, toast, fruit, tea, juice, and a very good coffee machine (freshly ground beans) Consumables in rooms (tea bags, loo roll) not automatically replaced. We has to obtain from reception. Ok for one or two nights.”

“The room was small but comfortable and included a double bed with pillows you could alter from 'hard' to 'soft'. The buffet breakfast was good. The bus stop to the main railway station is only a few minutes walk away and the hotel location was good.”
“Great entrance. Girl at the desk upon arrival made us feel at home. Giving clear information about the hotel, area and facilities. Business room on the 6th floor is very comfortable although could use a better cleaning. Dust on several places, which has been there for weeks or months, not days. Shampoo bottle was empty upon arrival but been replaced by Front Desk with no nonsense. Easy but nice breakfast buffet. Same girl upon departure, she truly deserves to be mentioned. She's the staff member which was the best. Smiling, always in for a talk, welcoming. Thanks for your hospitality!”
