- Please note:<br><br>The Shuffleboard Bay pool is currently closed for refurbishment and the entire pool and deck area will be rebuilt and remodeled for future enjoyment. There are still four pools available while we await completion of this project.<br><br>If booking a meal plan rate, the breakfast Included rate includes breakfast for 2 adults only. Additional charges apply for further guests.<br><br>Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.<br><br>RV parking is not allowed at this hotel.<br><br>The sofa bed in featured rooms is a queen bed.<br><br>There is only 1 elevator in the main building.<br><br>A security deposit will be charged upon arrival and refunded upon check out pending possible charges and damages.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “Suite set up and amenities worked well for our party of 3. We did not get a chance to go in any of the 4 of 5 pools or the hot tub. Did not use daily housekeeping service. Had some Staples delivered by Von's grocery store shortly after we arrived. Did not participate in the complimentary breakfast as there were only 2 guests included, not 3rd guest. We did order some food from on site bar and grill and it was good. Very clean upon check in. Beds comfortable including pillows. Tons of closet space. Washer and dryer are located off the balcony. We liked this hotel as it was located just off the strip. We did get 4 day monorail service as it was more flexible than the hotel shuttle. Everything seems so close as the buildings are so large. LOTS of walking. HIGHLY recommend the day trip to Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon west rim!!!”
