“we were very impressed by the night staff because we checked in quite late. My room was cold but the they were very helpfully in finding me a room which was warm. Luke in particular was very helpful in moving me to the other room. we enjoyed the breakfast.”

“surprised by breakfast standard as this is obviously a Grade 2 Holiday Inn. On weekend, I was told breakfast at 8am but breakfast in full flow for Chinese tourists at 7.45am , so joined in.”
