“My first time staying at this Hilton and the first time i managed to drop my wedding ring down the sink! I was very disappointed and upset. However with some hope i came and explained the situation to the staff in reception and they were more than happy to help. They blocked the room and for maintenance to come in and get the ring out and to top it off they posted it to me so now its back in my hands and all within a space of three days. Thank you very much for your help, it means a lot!”

“The location is ideal for the Warner Bros studio tour which we went to Friday evening, it's approximately a 15 minute drive away. The staff were encountered were lovely from start to finish. The breakfast went down a treat before our long journey home.”
“The location of the hotel was out they way of public transport so if you trave by train you have to get a taxi but apart from that you couldn’t fault the hotel the room was lovely the bed was massive and very comfortable”
