“I enjoyed our short stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. On our last day, we had an evening flight. So we had the whole day to enjoy. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and the receptionist organized a boat taxi to pick up our luggage first at the hotel and then us at Piazza San Marco, and then bring us to the airport. We had to pay for this extra, but it was worth it to enjoy the day and not have to go all the way back to the hotel for our luggage. I thought this was a great service the hotel was able to organize!”
