“Nothing because I booked my room for 2 adults and 3 kids, and they gave us a regular 2 queen beds and they didn't have any overall beds so they bought an air bed (about 5pm ) when we came back (10 pm) the "bed" was not in the room yet, so I called and after a little bit the guy came, tried to blow the bed but the pomp didn't have any batteries so he went to get it but an hour later I had to go down stairs and complain. He was still looking for batteries. At 12 am We were able to go to sleep. So basically for 250.00 + I slept on the floor at the Hilton. A night before for the same money we were in a different hotel less fancy but clean and ON the beach in Virginia Beach and each of us had a nice clean and comfortable bed. So this Hilton was a Very Big Disappointed Good luck”
