“First and foremost the staff were amazing. We started off being dropped off by an idiot taxi driver at the wrong Hilton. The Garden Inn staff arranged a shuttle and brought us back. Massive thumbs up. We then had a case of missing luggage and again, I wish I got the guy's name but I think he was the manager. He was awesome. He called hotels, delivery companies, scoured the website for more numbers, couldn't have done enough for us. The place is really nice and quiet, we had a lovely view of the lake, the room was comfy, we had a bath and the beds and pillows were lovely. Good selection of tv channels. The food at the restaurant was simple but really good. We had the burgers and they were excellent. The shuttle to the airport is every hour, 24 hours.”
“The reception staff were very friendly and professional, and provided great info on Hilton Honors program. Room was clean, spacious and comfy, bed nice and cozy. Little restaurant in the hotel was a bonus as we were very tired after a long day.. I had pasta which was not bad at all.”
“Everything. Closeness to the casino, shopping and a few minutes from downtown New Orleans.. The room was very roomy, handicap accessibility was just what was needed, the breakfast was great and hot, the staff was professional and always very helpful. Checking in and out was easy.”
