“They feel knew that the hot tub and swimming pool were broken. He didn’t seem to care about the swimming pool not working or the hot tub. Pillows were very uncomfortable. I feel that booking.com should take some money off my stay at this Hotel. Would never stay there again. They didn’t call me because they know woman up if I knew they weren’t working I would’ve canceled my reservation. I feel the book him.com should not charge me more than $101 for this stay. Whale the charge what I could not use.”
