“The hotel was located right above the train station and next to T1 of Frankfurt airport. I was surprised by the quietness of the room. Staffs at reception was really efficient and helpful. There was a large group of tourists arriving when I got back to the hotel after a long day of meetings. The lifts were all occupied. The manager took us to the staff lifts, cutting through the tourist queue. I thought it was very considerate. There was good WiFi connection too.”
