“Personnel is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacey and clean. Breakfast is good but missing alternatives for vegans.”
“The room was great, clean and comfortable. I called in earlier to request a cot and when I arrived at the hotel I requested a cot for baby again - however no cot was provided! When we checked out and the concierge asked how are stay was I mentioned that the cot never came. He said "Oh well" Now I am about to call the hotel as they OVERCHARGED me 100 USD more than the amount they confirmed at the hotel. There is no excuse for mistaken charges. I cannot recommend.”
