“When I checked in the sweet and patient Alexis was working the front desk. I was having a bit of a problem (out of her reach might I add) that she helped me quickly resolve and when I called down later to ask for a bottle opener she personally delivered it to my room with the sweetest spirit! I had a flight on American Airlines the next day where I encountered the worst service from an incredibly rude stewardess, and it actually made me think of Alexis! I thought “If the girl I met last night was working this flight she would have never acted so poorly.” So thank you to Alexis for making an incredibly stressful work trip just a little bit easier! Gold star for her!”
“We stayed on the ground floor, which we never have before. The wall in the bathroom vibrated all night, from what I have no idea. We had the AC on 64-65 degrees and it stayed hot in the room all night. My husband and I barely slept. One of the worse nights I have had in a hotel in a very long time. We were suppose to stay 2 nights. We checked out the next morning after one night.”
