“All services accept we reported defective toilet sheet twice and it was never really fixed. Lid slipped of toilet several times. Both my wife and I are active yoga participants and of average weight which saved us from not hurting our selves. :-) Suggest you address this issue with toilet seat manufacturer and save yourself a potential lawsuit. The stars of your staff were the bellhop and the front desk ! Also the breakfast area was very well managed.”
