“The location of the hotel is right at the beach. Taxi's were lining up at the front gate waiting for guests, abd it costs about JPY1,600 to travel to Tenjin / JPY1,900 to Canal city.”
“I received an upgrade and that room was more than excellent. The hotel is situated a little far from central Fukuoka but as the Congress was in the hotel that only a small problem. The hotel has all shops etc needed for an excellent stay. The bounus is the 35th Floor bar with superb views. Nice place”
“Swimming pool, sauna facilities were very clean, impressive. They are closed on every Monday so I could go into there the next morning only during one night staying. but still now I am willing to visit there. There is additional charge not free! I didn't know that the day i reserved was supposed to be with heavy rain in hakata so didn't go outside the hotel, having the hotel buffet in the 1st floor. Thanks to petit shops and facilities it was never boring, rather comfortable.”

“The western suite has a better division of space between bedroom and lounge area. The jacuzzi with 180 degree view was very special and my 10 year old loved that space the most! Feels like a luxury convention hotel with many F&B options and recreation space. Great for family with kids.”
