“I am very unhappy with this hotel, the first thing that check in was for 3.00pm we arrived at 3.25pm and after making a long line for check in the lady tells us that there was not a room ready, I tell her to check in was for 3.00pm and it was already 4.05pm that we had left our house at 5.00am that my boy of years was very tired but we had to wait as we were waiting for over an hour for the room once we arrived to the room had everything very dusty it looked that much was not cleaned, we made a discount for the delay and the cost for the night was 109.00 dollars, once in the pool we ordered drinks and since the pool was far from the hotel and we needed drink something, the bill was 42.24 dollars the final cost of the night was 165.41 including taxes, but I had removed aller to my husband another 42.24 dollars to my husband if bank card, I never thought this would happen, I am very disappointed”
