“The location was perfect for our trip to LaplandUK which was just 10 minutes easy drive away. It's also very close to Legoland. Situated just off a round about and minutes from the motorway makes It so easy to get to. The reception was decorated perfectly for Christmas, it was classy and modern throughout the reception, bar and into the Lader restaurant. The rooms are easy to get to from reception. The hallway was clean and so were the lifts, if just a little small. The famy was superb and suited us and our young kids. Spacious with two double beds and a huge tv. Free tea and coffee was waiting in our room which was great. Aircon controls were very responsive. The room was modern and very clean. We ordered room service and were told it would be 30 mins. It arrived in just 10. Food delivered was tasty and very hot. Great club sarnie was the best of the lot. Staff were very helpful especially at reception. The breakfast buffet which was served in the Lader restaurant was superb. Were were not rushed and there was so much to choose from. We lost our room Card at LaplandUk and were given a replacement free of charge at reception immediately. Free warm mince pies all over reception and a good family atmosphere. Toilets were good and clean too. All in all it was excellent value and great service”

“The staff were excellent. Minor issues with the safe, a cracked mug and needing synthetic pillows were dealt with immediately, politely and with a smile. The hotel was full with excited families going to Legoland's Santa weekend. Breakfast was 'very busy' and could have been manic, but the staff were brilliant and the food replenished promptly.”
