“Staff are really nice and accommodating. Martina is excellent! Hilton is blessed to have her! The staff spoke very good English. Overall, it’s the staffs that made my stay very comfortable.”

“Checked in at 2am in the morning...so tired. The staff on duty was quite rude and he could hardly speak English. He asked me the following questions: 1) They are having a promotion now and would I like to upgrade my room to a Suite. I asked him how much. He said an extra rmb300 a night. Surely this is hardly a promotion? I find his offer a bit deceptive. Luckily I asked him the price but normally the hotel upgrade for free. 2) I booked a non smoking room and yet he asked me if I wanted a non smoking room. I said this was what I booked and he told me if ever I smoke in the room they will charge me a penalty of 850rmb. Why would I smoke if I specifically asked for a non smoking room? Obviously I am a non smoker and abhor smoking. The tone of his voice was threatening... 3) He took a deposit from me of rmb12,000 eventhough the total room charge was about rmb7,000. I am a frequent traveller and in 5 star hotels. I find this amount to be excessive.”
“The location was great ...awesome staff ...language barrier was never a problem”
“The location is perfect with many eateries and shopping malls meters away.”
