“Well maintained, beautiful design elements, great view of Mt Fuji from the 10th floor, early access to the park, good breakfast buffet. And, be sure to use the Onsen morning and night - it is spectacular.”
“It has the best location. We can see snow capped Fujisan from the front of the hotel, and it is right next to the FujiQ amusement park. Moreover, it has an amazing onsen, with all kinds of onsen type I could imagine. Loved the carbonate onsen, jet onsen, and stone onsen (outdoor). There is a massage SPA too, but I was too busy and did not get to enjoy that. There is also shuttle going to Kawaguchiko station, which was very nice cause otherwise it takes quite long to get there.”

“Very clean and convenient. We took a bus from Shinjuku bus terminal, highland express, which stops in front of the hotel. During our stay, the hotel offers shuttle bus to bus station, kawaguchiko station and around throughout the day. We got to use the onsen also free ticket to Fuji-Q Highland. Loved the complimentary macaroons and toiletries.”

“An excellent hotel, stunning location, you can't get any closer to Mount Fuji! The room had a view of the amusement park, which I loved. Room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The staff were great, so friendly. With free entrance to the amusement park and nearby onsen, it's a great choice to treat yourself and unwind! I only stayed one night but I'll definitely be back for a longer stay in the future. ”
“we try the tatami room, with 5 persons i books 2rooms side by side. but when we booked from booking.com, it doesn't explain that the tatami room cam accomodate 5 persons in 1 room. so next time better check with the hotel/booking.com about room condition. thank you the hotel is near the Fuji Q highland”
