“Hezen is one of the best botiquoe hotels i have stayed in . We got upgrated to a premier suite and our suite was stunning . The staff is very effecient and helpful and the Manager Sokhan was very friendly and helpful and helped us to organise our sightseeing over the two days along with our airport transfers . I will rate my experience on every aspect as excellent .”
“The staff and managers are super friendly. Very attentive and superb attitude. Always went the extra mile for us. The entire stay has been pleasant. We got a free upgrade to a suite room which was very spacious for just two people. Big bathroom and bedroom. Hotel organized a taxi to drive us around the whole day (200 lira) and other adhoc activities. The taxi driver was very friendly, very punctual, and helped took photos for us. They allowed us to eat our breakfast anywhere in the premise and prepare the table for us. Planned our entire itinerary. Allowed late check out. Free washing and drying machine to use. Very tasty breakfast (not a whole lot of varieties though) Can’t say enough good things about the staff and managers here. Beautiful people. ”
