They kindly allowed us very early access to one of our rooms to change for a wedding we were attending at Chiddingstone Castle. Beds comfortable and very nice bedlinen. Lots of good quality towels.”
“Run down property - room like a glorified prison cell. $25 for breakfast of only ate a bagel- disgraceful. Laundry bag and brochures say leave laundry at reception by 8am and will have t back by 5pm sand day. Not true at all and staff knew nothing about this. Laundry came back at 9am next day. Property needs a good overhaul - if looking me worn neglected and tired.”
“They let us leave our luggage in a safe area in the reception even though we where a few hours early for check in. As we where visiting the castle on the same day to be able to leave our bag was a massive bonus”
