“Staff were so friendly. Decor inside hotel is great! Lovely walk to Puerto Calero harbour where there is a great selection of restaurants. Lovely quiet location with lots of choice of pools and sun loungers!”
“It is possible to swim in the ocean right at the entrance to the hotel from the ocean side. The view over the ocean is magnificant. The room is spacious, there are slippers and bathrobes as well as a rich supply of cosmetic products for skin and body care available. There is a very nice walking passage to the harbour.”

“This is a true four star and one where some effort has gone in to make it feel like you’re not in a massed holiday hotel. There is some aptmosphere in the main restaurant and the food is very good. The staff are very well trained and courteous. What I also liked was that the all-inclusive package included one meal at each of the hotels a la carte resturants which was a nice change. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport and as I had a hire car this made things very easy. The hotel is also well placed to get to the centre of the island and off the tourist south coast.”

“Location by the shore with nice views from the room. The direct pontoon access to the sea. Food is ok but really nothing special; there is a lot better food and selection of drinks at the local restaurants in the Marina (a 5-10 minute beautiful walk from the hotel).”
