“the staff were wonderful roslyn and the girls were unique and the boys were great apart from the one on duty when we arrived ,he was nervous and was a bit off putting, we had a problem with the card machine and he charged there wrong account, no big deal but compared to the other staff he was strange. To be fair we never saw him again , The big plus for this place is the free taxi!!!!! wow,, we were going to a wedding reception in the Norman, and they took us and our friends to the venue in style!!!! Lovely rooms, clean, comfortable and quiet!! Agem in the heart of Brooklyn!!!”
