“the bedrooms in this hotel need the hotel inspector for the rooms as they were dreadful. Floors were sqeeky shower did not work, no shampoo or.... the tv came from the ark. oh my when we could have stayed in the midland..... i know more money but they are busy, The dining room really was a pleasant surprise though.. quite smart. How does this hotel exist. Everyone was very nice to us.. Oh yes that lift... well beggers belief.”
