“All the staff were excellent, going the extra mile to help. The view from the hotel was also excellent and very close to the centre of Llandudno. The breakfast was made with fresh ingredients and cooked freshly for you. There was a very good choice for breakfast. They accept dogs here which is good.”
“Comfortable bed, large room, have stayed here before, good location with stunning views.”

“very good value for money, staff were exellent, and breakfast was great good selection of foods, views were amazing from hotel, hotel rooms were comfortable,we had a very good stay and will book again.location was good it was on the great orme”
“We had a room in the roof with great views all over ”
“A lovely Victorian property with a fantastic view of Llandudno, the bay and the distant mountains of Snowdonia. The staff were very friendly. Very handy for the cable car up Grate Orme, and the town itself.”
“Good breakfast (with apple juice and warm croissants).”
“The location and unusual and interesting building are plus points. The hotel retains a lot of it's original 19th century character despite some plain / ugly additions. The room we stayed in was cosy and comfortable and appropriately decorated. Most of the decoration was in good condition. The included breakfast was lovely every morning and the view of the Llandudno promenade from the breakfast room is fantastic. Our room came with a balcony which also had a lovely view of Llandudno. The hotel is situated right next to the Great Orme Cable Car. While Headlands is located at the top of a very steep hill, walking up the rest of the hill (a few steps) and down the other side provides a much gentler and more manageable walk into LLandudno sea front.”
