“The hotel staff were always polite. Hau Shuang Hotel is across from City Links where you can catch the metro and long distance trains as well as find restaurants, cafes and some shops. There's a beautiful temple and a Night Market within easy walking distance. The hotel provides you with a daily breakfast sandwich & beverage and parking is available - I think for free. My room had a great view of Taipei 101! Just to let you know, although there is an elevator, the entrance and the bathtub/shower is not accessible for disabled guests.”

“Just across from the Songshan station (useful especially for the trips to Pingxi and Jiufen etc.), five minutes walk to the Night Market. Payment by card wasn´t possible and staff English skills fairly limited, but they are still very helpful and nothing was a problem.”
