“The location was lovely the Inn had an annexe with bedrooms in and you could park right outside your room perfect for my partner carrying umpteen bags on mine! Staff were friendly offer on Prosecco for Valentines and a beautiful rose and chocolates on the bed when we arrived at no extra charge. This is a hidden gem could do with a little TLC but overall the family room we had was perfect and the bathroom huge. I read the reviews and was anxious about going but tbh for the price I paid and breakfast was included you couldn't ask for more. I would definately return with my little one. For all those negative reviews you get what you pay for its a Marstons Inn not the Grosvenor!”
“Hotel was good value for money. Rooms were clean and functional. Staff were friendly and polite considering we were in a large group. They were very accommodating to us after last orders and didn't rush us off up to our rooms!!! Food was fine and what you would expect for pub grub!! It did the job!!!!!”
