“Staff was very friendly and attending to all our needs. The room was clean, AC was doing a good job and the bed was comfortable. At breakfast, one has much to choose from, between local and international cuisine. One can book massage at the room and it was very pleasant and relaxing. As airport shuttle, the hotel uses a separate company. They are very friendly and reliable and they can also take you around on trips (eg. Borobudur, Prambanan) at a fair price. Ask for the trips directly at the hotel reception. The location is OK, walking distance to the train station and the Malioboro street/mall.”
