“The accommodations were excellent But the staff awareness exceeded even the accommodation status of excellent. Each encounter with the various employees was outstanding. We were able to change our interior room to a room with a view for one night and clearly would recommend a view of the Bay Bridge. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and even a play for a Sunday matinee. Wonderful experience”

“Female staff on reception, poor communication and unfriendly. Concierges were both very good and helpful. Hotel has limited facilities but good location for ferry building and business district. Good walk to shops and tourist areas. No real info on placea to go to eat nearby other than restaurant in adjacent building with which they share ground floor facilities. Expensive but then San Fran is and so perhaps overall given great view of Bay Bridge ok. Shame lady on reception let’s them down with her poor communication and customer skills.”
