“I landed early and I called the Hotel for assistance . The Staff Sefa Erdogmus was excellent I called the hotel for the hotel shuttle service and he send it within few minitues , He also checked me in early than the official check in time. Also guided me with the surrounding areas, Hotel was well maintained . At the time of check out Sevda Tektas took care of me with my drop service and while I was waiting she offered me cofffee as she saw I was tired I was pleased with overall service they provided . All the staff was so good Included the hotel shuttle driver he was so cooperative they all deserve a appreciation I give the team a five star I would like to thank the management and the team for the excellent customer service Keep up the good work. They pick up us in the airport and the next day we needed to take another fly early in the morning and day payed a taxi for us to takes to the airport. Great!!!”
