I traveled with a baby and didn't have a refrigerator. Booking.com scammed me. The hotel was left explaining that there are two hiltons in cluj. One is a 5 star and that's the picture that I saw. The hotel I was in was not a 5 star. I am totally disappointed with booking.com”
