“The front office person (I think her name was Natalia) helped us a lot with directions, tips and assistance to find good places for dinner and transportation to travel around Bogota.”
“I was just there to sleep and leave early for the airport, but it was very clean and comfortable and the desk attendants were wonderful. They made sure my taxi arrived and even handed me my breakfast as I left (it was 3 AM so I didn't expect that!). Thanks!”
“I was victim of a fraud, when I arrived to the hotel at 11pm staff told me they overbooked and that I did not have room foor me and they have a commercial agreement with Trip hotel closed by but when I arreved to Trip they wanted to charge me higher rate than Hampton . I did not accept but they said that was not their issue and that i had to arrenge with hampton not with them so i had to came back to hampton at 12pm . I beleive this is hampton hotel fraud and they are trying to get benefits from rate diferences as trip is chiper. Please review this and call me asap.”
