Very easy in and out access to the building and conveniently located on a road right into downtown. When we checked in I discovered that we had accidentally booked a smoking room. The hotel staff found us a non-smoking room without any trouble.”
“The man when I checked in was so cheerful, nice, patient. It was pouring down in rain. I was tired and the directions/addrress were confusing and he kept smiling and telling me what a nice hotel it was and how I would enjoy it. Kudos to him.”
