“Close to everything Mystic! Breakfast had a great variety, pool was clean, room was very clean. Coffee and tea available in lobby all day....nice! Forgot toothpaste...no problem...got it at desk at no charge. Also, a 24 hour snack store, along with a work out room! Mystic pizza delivery was fast and delicious!”
“Terrible!! My husband and I were traveling with our two young children. When the older man in the room next to us saw us going in he began to mumble angrily under his breath. Thus began the worst hotel stay we've ever experienced. He kept calling the front desk to complain and they kept calling us and threatening us not to make noise! I apologized (my kids had jumped excitedly on the beds when we first came in) and I stuck the kids in front of a DVD player to keep them quiet. This was at 8:30 at night! My hubby and I tiptoed Round and whispered afraid of more angry phone calls from the front desk. At 11:30 we got three more phone calls from the front desk. I angrily explained that we had all been sleeping and making no noise!! I don't know what goes on in this hotel but we had a miserable night until I took the phone off the hook. The hotel was also pricey for your average 3 star hotel. The cleaning staff was surly and there were dogs all over the place barking. The room was ok, smallish and the cleanliness was so so. All in all, only book here of nothing else is available!!!”

“Our conference was at Mohegan Sun and there were no rooms available there. The Hampton Inn is only about 10-15 min. drive and it is an easy drive. Mystic is also a nice place to be, so we found the experience pleasurable. The room was comfortable and clean. Internet was good.”
“Spacious lobby and a good breakfast. The room, however, had a view of a trailer park. We stayed 2 nights and had to ask for it to be cleaned though we were out of the room for 4 hours. They also never replaced the empty tissue box.”
