“Staff was amazing. I left 3 precious items of clothing in my room, and when I called the next day, Mary the manager found them, boxed them and drove down to the FedEx store to ship them to me. Who does that? Only a well organized, caring staff dedicated to customer service! The common spaces were well laid out- great fire pits, spa and pool. Rooms were quiet, bed very comfortable with block-out curtains which we appreciate. Overall a great experience.”
