There was an issue with a visitor, and he handled the situation with clear and concise direction, expressing deep concern for the safety of the guests at the hotel. Breakfast was a great spread of variety and freshness. The breakfast person introduced herself to the room, and offered help for anything we needed. Everything was fully stocked at all times, and it was easy to see she took a lot of pride in her job. She even helped me get ice for my son's water jug without hesitation! Wonderful stay, and the nicest overall stay I've had in a decade, easily!”
