“Bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Room is clean. Nice lobby to meet others and regroup for next outing in Portland. Breakfast is just okay. They need a new toaster and waffle maker as only half of the toaster worked and the waffle machine broken. Quality of food was average. This was not a big deal for us. Staff was nice and informative. Gave good tips and recommendations. Good walking location to water, shops and restaurants.”
“Portland has become a real tourist destination, and justly so. The hotel is just a block from the terminals of the Cat ferry to Yarmouth as well as the one for the (local) Casco Bay ferries. Our fourth floor room had a nice view towards the water. The staff was exceptionally helpful.”
