I simply made mention of the room having a refrigerator and she said that if it didn't let her know. I didn't even call her and as we was still loading stuff in the room she was walking down the hallway carrying the fridge by herself! I couldn't believe it. Now that's outstanding service to me. Another bonus was that the room was really dark at bedtime and the AC worked perfectly.”
