“The staff that we interacted with (Collette, Shelby, and Adam) could not have been more friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, the elevator was down on a holiday weekend, but they were quick to offer a discount for the inconvenience, bottles of water, and even said that we could cancel without penalty if we wanted. Hampton Inns are very consistent for us, but the staff here was exceptional.”
