“Yes, the lady at the front desk on Sunday 3/5/17, aroundnoon that day was wonderful. We were driving back to Chicago when my husband realized he had left a book and his reading glasses, very important for him to have for work. we got on the phone and this lady was amazing helping us and keeping us on the phone until she checked (twice) and found the items to be sent to us via express mail. Great service!!!”
