“The hotel was lovely, perfectly situated within a 30 min walk from all the major tourist spots. The neighbourhood is business/up and coming artsy. There are lots of quirky independent restaurants close by including the best takeout pizza place. The beds were really comfy and the room quiet. We loved the toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel staff as you would expect from a good American hotel took customer service seriously and offered excellent customer service at every opportunity (it's the small things like free check-in bottles of water and a personalised letter when our electricity went out)”
