Nice and cool.The room was emaculate, tea and coffee in the rooms, free body lotion and shower gel on the wall and a good selecrion of 24 hour snacks if required. I ate at the bar in the evening though the lasagne was a packet meal style.The breakfast in the morning was very nice as expected, I stayed at the London Excel Hamilton and this was more of the same, good use of automation to provide fast and hot food and drinks. Lots of plates and clean cutlery.I paid £75 for the night plus £8 for parking, great value.”

“Stayed at the Hampton by Hilton for one night before a flight the following day. Plenty of space in the car park with reasonable £8 charge for 24 hours. The room had plenty of space and was nicely fitted out with all the usual requirements. Although my room overlooked the main road, I could not hear any traffic. A nice extra touch is the alarm clock (very useful for an airport hotel). Only trouble was it had not been changed to GMT which has to be done by the hotel staff apparently. The walk in shower was superb, but I'm not a fan of square toilet seats! The buffet breakfast is very good and this is one of the few hotels that I've stayed in that has a waffle maker.”

“This is a new hotel, it was very clean, well appointed and spacious. All the staff we met were very friendly, efficient and very cheerful, they all made our stay warm and welcoming. We’d definitely stay there again.”

Room very comfortable, with kettle but only tea and coffee, no herbal teas for those needing a good night's sleep before reporting to the airport at 5am! I recommend getting to the airport early because security is very slow... all planes seem to depart around the same time.”
