“Sam, the receptionist on arrival was amazing .. all the other staff were ...rude .. had no customer services skills..... and should never be in contact with paying customers!¬!!! Annual staff reviews needed ....the man on reception was so curt... and so unpleasant on check out.... but I presume that was because my partner isn't white Caucasian......................... In fairness...there was a wedding on .... and had to listen to racist remarks about my partner... all very upsetting! But that wasn't the hotels fault....but no where to smoke...dirty outside.....If you want a wedding reception there.... please look elsewhere.... personally .... very disappointed Hallmark !”
