“The room size was great, plenty of room for our bags and ski gear. The bed was very comfortable, room was a great temperature with a control unit inside the room. Great views up the mountain. Breakfast was great. Staff were fantastic, very helpful with any questions we had, shuttle service was such a bonus. Craft beers on tap were unreal. Everything was made so easy, such a relaxing and happy environment. Couldn't ask for more.”

“Amazing location at the foot of Happo One - just a few hundred metres to the lift, which the staff run a shuttle to each morning. The rooms were nice, big and clean. Matt at reception was super helpful and had some great banter. In fairness, reception were helpful in general - we got a lift to the bus station the day we left which we didn't expect, so that was really great. Good recommendations for restaurants too. Nice food at the interconnected bar/restaurant.”
“We were more than pleased with our stay with friends at the Panorama Hotel. The breakfast was always absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of foods to fill up on before hitting the slopes, and we loved coming back in the evening to have some yakitori and beer at their newly renovated taproom. The in-hotel onsen, while small, was still great if we didn't feel like venturing out to one of the local ones.”

“Great location with a view of Happoone! Friendly and helpful staff fluent in English and Japanese. They also helped us with lift passes, rentals and tours and drove us to and from the train station. Great bar with awesome beer and food, and excellent breakfast. You can even order in take away and have it at the bar (photo of view from the bar attached) They're also happy to help you book restaurants. Huge room size! Free wifi, washing machine, dryer, onsens, and a storage room for ski gear. Definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay for all travellers including families and groups of mates because they cater for everyone. Ten stars!”
“The staff were amazing - super friendly and hospitable. They helped us organise ski rentals, booked restaurants, taxis and even gave us a lift to the slopes when the bus was a no show. We also loved the taphouse - great beer and awesome to chill in the bar after a day on the slopes.”
