Important Notice
- For non-refundable bookings, guests must pay the full amount via Paypal to secure the reservation. The hotel will send an email to guests directly with Paypal link. Guests must complete the payment within 14 days of receiving the email. The booking will be cancelled without notice when the payment is not made on time.<br><br>Extra charges apply for children between the age of 4 and 12. Guests with children are requested to indicate the number of children and the age of each child staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking.<br><br>To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance. Cancellation is not allowed after arrival or check-in time. For dinner, a buffet is catered with Western and Japanese fare.<br><br>A group policy applies to bookings of 10 rooms or more. A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged in advance.<br><br>Transportation from Narita Airport can be arranged at a fee upon request. “I only stayed for one day and I wished I stay longer. Breakfast was excellent.”
“Nice Onsen, hot bath, very rustic and comfy lounge area with open fire places. It reminds almost of a old Swiss Style Challee. Well the rooms could be improved, and the Toilet and Bathrooms are a joke, it reminded me on a Bus on Train Toilet, ways to go if considered the price we payed for it. But again don t get me wrong, it had the rustic feeling you would expect in a challee Type. Really nice was the shuttle service, you could save a lot of extra money as they will drive you to Restaurants close by and pick you up too. For Family it is recommendeed and probably will return .”

“The staff were very helpful. We loved that the staff were very good at recommending restaurants, all the restaurants they recommended were excellent. Also, the hotel provided shuttles every 30 minutes which took guests directly to the restaurants. It was very convenient and allowed us to explore the different parts of the town very easily. The onsen (both indoor and outdoor) were also very nice. Lastly, it was very convenient to have shuttle buses to the different ski resorts stop right in front of the hotel. In addition to that, it is also possible to walk to one of the ski lifts of Happo-one (about 200 meters away) in case you just missed the shuttle.”

“Really could not fault a thing, staff were fantastic, food was delicious and plentiful, facilities (especially the onsen) were great, location was perfect with the ski hire across the car park and the shuttle bus right there too. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was very useful and convenient. Found the bonus drinks for missing a day of room cleaning a wonderful idea.”

“Great room. Huge bed. Great view and service in a convenient position. The skiing was great and the Onsen was so good at the end of the day. The spring skiing was fantastic and there were free buses to take you anywhere you wanted to go. We had very few problems with language. All up a great stay.”
