“Staff and facilities are great. The rooftop onsen is perfect to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. The hotel is very close to everything you need in Hakuba. The Bus terminal, restaurants and shuttle bus stop to get to Goryu/47 are all within a few minutes walk. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the gondola at Happo-one. The hotel breakfast is a great start to the day. We went for the Japanese style breakfast and it did not dissapoint. They also offer a western breakfast if you would prefer it.”
“The hotel was absolutely great! our first stay in a traditional room and it was so comfortable! The onsen on the roof was amazing! staff were friendly, there was a room to store ski gear, there was a restaurant if you wanted to book brekky (western or jap style) or dinner. So close to ski lifts, restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Great location!”
“We really enjoyed our stay. The owner is so lovely and very helpful. Our Japanese style room was very comfortable and a good size. There are hot baths on the roof and in the basement. Both very hot and clean. Very good location walking distance from the bus station and happo ski lifts.”
