“Everything was pretty much alright. No specific issues other than that the hotel is a bit far away from the city centre. The tram stop is right on your doorstep though so it isn't much of a problem at all. A decent deal for what we paid, everything was clean and comfortable.”

“Great location. Is a sort and pleasant walk to rope way, historical precinct, red brick warehouses and morning markets. Very courteous and helpful staff. Good sightseeing and restaurant advice. Comfortable room.”

“1. For breakfast, you can choose to have fixed set meal in the cafe or have a voucher for use in a morning market eatery near JR Hakodate stn. 2. We were given a big room hence lots of space. 3. The staff was helpful to give us advice on what we can do to spend the rest of the evening after we had checked in. 4. It is accessible by the streetcar/tram.”

“Local bus service available with stop almost just across the street from property. We did walk from the property to the shopping area adjacent to the waterfront near the train station, about an 10 minute leisurely walk. The morning that we left, we were offered a ride with residents (Japanese nationals) who were also staying at the property. We actually thought that we were joining as additional fares in a taxi van. Reaching the train station and inquiring about the fare, the driver said "No money". That's when we realized that we were traveling with newly made "friends". Along with the very friendly and helpful residents, there is much to see and do in Hakodate, a one night stay was way too short. Definitely on our "return" destination.”

“호텔 정문 앞에 5~6대의 주차공간이 있습니다. 하치만자카의 유명한 관광거리를 걸어가다보면 로프웨이까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. (저는 호텔>하치만자카>럭키삐에로>로프웨이 걸어서 다녀왔네요) 프론트가 있는 본관?에 머물렀는데 전망이 아주 좋고 방도 넓은 트윈룸이었습니다. 조식은 호텔에서 먹는 것으로 신청했고, 정갈한 일식 도시락이었는데 양이 작아 보였지만 먹다보니 배가 불러 충분히 맛있게 먹었습니다. 스태프도 친절하시고 숙소내 다양한 자료나 PC 등의 시설이 있어 관광하는데 좋습니다.”

“ホテルのスタッフの方の対応が良く、函館観光の拠点にするのは最高と思います。 １泊でも函館の市内観光はのんびり堪能でき名物もたくさん食べることができました。 また、お部屋も広く、ベットの硬さも丁度で、疲れた身体には心地よい眠りでした。 大浴場も完備されこれもまた、旅人には嬉しいことでした。”

“前台大叔特别热情，帮我们预订居酒屋，亲自带我们去附近的药妆店。酒店虽然比较朴素，也没有电梯，但是用配套和服务来弥补了。值得一提的是，门口还有一个新选组的屯所，很有意思。”
