“We love staying at hotels with a history and Hadley's Orient is certainly that. The rooms and public spaces are a tasteful reflection of that history and both comfortable and luxurious. It is a short walk from Salamanca Place and the main shops around Hobart. An excellent place from which to launch an exploration of the city. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good value. The only thing to be a little careful of is the parking, which is off site (a short walk from the hotel), which can make coordinating the pick up and drop off a little difficult. However, this is a minor inconvenience.”
“Excellent location. We walked easily to the waterfront for the MONA ferry, Salamanca market and pubs and restaurants. The cooked breakfast is superb and in fact all food that we ate here was delicious and perfectly cooked and presented.The staff are all very helpful, efficient and professional. The overall ambience is one of well-ordered comfort. ”
